The technical maintenance teams systematically follow-up on all their operations and ensure that there is a feedback to the company’s management. This reporting approach enables us to determine the procedures to follow and adopt to increase the pace of future operations as well as improve the quality of our customer service department.
Thanks to an efficient and solid team that is attentive to the customer’s needs, Europe Hydro has one of the most effective customer service departments in France.

Maintenance and after sales operations are carried out in the Europe Hydro workshops as well as on its customers’ sites using a mobile workshop.

Stock management

Thanks to our logistics infrastructure, we can supply our customers with spare parts in the shortest possible time and can provide maintenance for products of all brands, even those that have been withdrawn from the market (6500 references).

In our constant search to optimise quality, we have recently computerised our stock management with a bar code terminal. Each product is assigned a bar code that enables us to computerise all the data concerning the products (item reference, stock, etc.).

This new tool enables a new stock management mode mainly aimed at:

1. Controlling additions and withdrawals of equipment (flashing of items with the holder)
2. Eliminate inventory discrepancies
3. Optimise the management of supplies (using the product threshold alert).

Show Room

Europe Hydro customers are provided with a Show Room where they can discover the various production ranges and new products.
